2. Availability of items
All orders are served from our Internet warehouse; products that we have in stock are normally dispatched within three (3) days. Lab. Bermocosm Inc. cannot however be held responsible for failure to respect the delivery times displayed.
3. Price
The prices displayed on the site www.lab-bermocosm.com are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For all deliveries outside of Canada, any customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs cover the cost of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs.
5. Payment
Orders placed on the www.lab-bermocosm.com site must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. Postal and telephone orders can be paid by money order or VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
6. Delivery time
A period of one working day must be allocated to processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added one to three days on average for delivery in Quebec. Lab. Bermocosm Inc can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.
7. Force majeure
Any event beyond the control of the Lab. Bermocosm Inc. which prevents the fulfillment of all or part of one of its contractual obligations constitutes a case of force majeure. In particular, total or partial strikes, lockouts, bad weather, blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason, natural disasters, governmental or legal restrictions, blocking of telecommunications, etc. are considered as cases of force majeure. ...
The Lab. Bermocosm Inc. affected by a case of force majeure will be suspended from these obligations
7. Return of goods
No exchange, credit or refund will be accepted after confirmation of a transaction for the sale of a product.
